Our retreats give us the space to explore the elements and this one is no different. Re-ignite Your Inner Flame is a retreat connecting us to our fire energy and how we work with it, tend it, nourish it and allow it to fuel our passions in life. This weekend we explore this with dynamic practices, sauna time, fire ceremony and more… Join us! SAMPLE SCHEDULE Friday - Arrive from 4pm; Welcome & opening circle with yoga and intention setting at 6pm; Dinner at 7:45pm Saturday - Tea from 8:30am; Morning yoga & meditation from 9-11:30am; Brunch at 11:30am; 12:30/1pm explore the land; Labyrinth Intention Setting; Sauna & Downtime; Dinner at 5pm; Sacred Circle & Yin Yoga at 7pm Sunday - Tea from 8:30am; Closing circle with yoga and gratitudes from 9-11am; Brunch at 11:30am; 1pm -departure INVESTMENT - for two night retreat.
