Strength & Mobility
This is an active, hybrid yoga/mobility class. No experience is necessary but you should have a reasonable level of fitness. You will learn new movement patterns and build strength and mobility in a class which challenges both the body and the brain. The intention is to move with ease and without pain in all areas of life, at every age.
The class is mixed and ends with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice.
Ashtanga Led
This class covers the standing series, primary series and some of the intermediate series of Ashtanga. Suitable for those with a reasonable level of fitness.

Shiva Flow
Shiva Flow is a vinyasa style yoga practice blending Yoga Asana, Qi gong, Yoga Dance and other movement forms. The practice focuses on movement, breath and balance. Suitable for all levels.
